From Montepulciano’s iconic hills, at roughly 250 – 400 m.asl. 4,000 vines planted to Ha, yielding 40 hl. per ha . North-easterly exposure. Soil mainly composed of sand and clay.
Vinification
Hand-harvested, initial fermentation in steel containers for 20 – 25 days. Aged in 5 - 30 hl. French, Slavonian and Italian barrels.

Blend of 80% Prugnolo gentile, 10% Canaiolo Nero, 10% Colorino.
