From vineyards amounting to 8 ha. in the vulcanic hills of Terrossa and Roncà. Partly cultivated to guyot (40%) and partly to Pergola Veronese, at an altitude of 150 to 250 m.asl. 3,500 - 4,800 vines planted per ha.
Vinification
Harvested in late September. The grapes are selected in the vineyards, handpicked, transported and processed the same day. Fermented and matured in stainless steel vats. Approximately 85,000 75 cl. bottles produced annually.
