The winery is situated in Montepulciano’s most desirable location, with the 78 ha. vineyards stretching across the rolling hills of Valiano.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel containers. Maceration lasts 10 days, although the temperature is permitted to fluctuate between 18°C and 28°C. Lastly, aged in 55 hl barrels for some months.
