Made from grapes from the following vineyards: Puntone, Casa Nuova, Vignone and Madonnina. Soil is a fertile mix of chalk and clay. Guyot and double cordon spur trained.
Vinification
Harvested in mid - late September. Fermentation process lasts 20 days. Matured for 14 months in barriques, (75% new and 25% second passage).
