From the rolling hills of Langhe, these vineyards are planted at 250 m.asl, and are south-east facing. 3,700 vines planted per ha., with a 55 hl./ha. yield.
Vinification
Macerated at a controlled temperature of 28º C for 8 days. Briefly aged in 25 hl. Slavonian oak casks.
