Guyot and cordon-spur trained. 5,000 - 7,000 vines per ha.

Vinification

Fermented at controlled temperature for 6 - 10 days. Then aged in wood for 12 months. Bottled 24 months after the harvest.

80% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Mantellato & Cappuccio.
