The Mastrojanni vineyards are planted between 180 and 440 m.asl, with 5,700 plants per ha. Vines are south, south-west and south-east facing.
Vinification
After fermentation, the wine is matured in 16 hl.-sized Allier oak barrels for 42 months, then bottle-aged for a minimum of 12 months in the winery's cellars. 5, 400 bottles produced annually.
