Bland obtained from 3 different ageing: 1/3 aged in big cask 1/3 aged in barriques – 1/3 aged in steel tanks When it is young, the perfume is intense and very vinous, with the ageing, it evolves spicy notes with complex ethereal nuances. The perfume is of strong wine and characteristic which develops in spice and tobacco fragrances. The taste is dry, well bodied, with acidity that is sometimes distinct and that, after an adequate period of ageing, becomes round and harmonic.
