The winery is situated in one of Montepulciano’s most desirable locations, with a 78 ha. vineyards stretching across the rolling hills of Valiano.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel containers. Maceration lasts 10 days at a controlled temperature of 30°C. Matured for 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels, then aged in the bottle for another 12 months.
