From private vineyards in the communes of Maiolati Spontini, Montecarotto, Poggio S. Marcello and Rosora. Vines planted at 180 - 360 m.asl. Soil is of medium density. Double guyot trained. Yields 11,000 kg per hectare.
Vinification
Hand harvested in late September/early October. Vinified at controlled temperature.
