Viticulture

From the Maiolati Spontini commune. Vines are planted at 150 - 200 m.asl. Vines are cordon-spur trained. Soil is of medium density.

Vinification

Hand harvested - Merlot in early September, Sangiovese and Montepulciano early October. Traditionally vinified.

Sangiovese 80%; Merlot 10%; Montepulciano 10%
