Growing in vineyards where the soil is a complex mix of components, including : moraine, marble, porphyry, gneiss, mica and chalk, making for a distinctive mineral note in this crisp white wine.
Vinification
Aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks, and large oak barrels.
