From the Capalotti and Bricco San Biagio Crus. Terrain is hilly, with an easterly exposure, planted at 300 m.asl. Soil is clay-calcareous. 4,500 vines planted per ha, yielding 56 hl./ha.
Vinification
Maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 28º C, with must remaining on skins for 6 – 8 days. Aged for 8 months in steel vats.
