Viticulture

From the Bricco Boschis cru. The vineyard has a south, south-easterly and south-westerly exposure.

Vinification

Vinified with naturally-occurring yeasts. Macerated using the submerged cap method, for 18 - 30 days. Aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 3 - 3.5 years, then in the bottle for 6 months to one year.
